The truck was everything that I line up to him. We test drove it and decided to purchase the truck. The truck had a few minor body issues. With it being a used vehicle it wasn't anything that I anticipated, Elgin handling. But he said he would in his body shop and it would be about a week to repair. During this time my coworker that I purchase a vehicle from Elgin had issues. His vehicle was towed into the dealership. Elgin hit my co-workers problems head-on and even though it was a used vehicle that my coworker purchase and not even the same make that they sell there they fix all the mechanical problems with this vehicle even though it was a used vehicle and possible engine damage from debris in the road. He showed us all our options and there was an ease to see all the numbers while going through the process on the screen in front of us. My family enjoyed getting my first car so much that they went back and got one for themselves! I was approaching the end of my lease term and traded in my Corolla for a brand new Rav4. Kimie was passionate about getting my fiance and I into something that was perfect for us and he made it happen.
