I went to Avondale Toyota one day and he spent several hours with me looking at cars and walking me through the lot, being the very definition of patience. Scott was extremely kind and always made sure to answer any questions and concerns I had. Being a young car buyer, I was nervous about being taken for a ride (no pun intended), but Scott was candid and straightforward, and lived up to the One Price claim that Avondale Toyota makes. When I told him that I was not going to buy a car that day and would return in the future, he did not bat an eyelash—he was extremely kind, giving me his contact information and promising to help me make the right purchase if I so chose. I cannot stress enough how impressed I was with his professionalism and generosity. Two days later, I called Scott with a list of models I was interested in and made an appointment to visit that evening. When I arrived, Scott was waiting for me with keys in hand to test drive them. Not only did he spend time preparing the cars to be inspected and driven, he also had specs on mileage, price, etc. that he knew I was interested in. After test-driving several cars, I decided on one and we moved to financing. Scott handled my financing and purchasing all himself, making the whole process extremely easy and comfortable. There were no typical sales tricks or haggling, and I felt at ease and excited to be working with him the entire time. Scott was a joy to work with. I highly recommend Avondale Toyota, and I again cannot stress how impressed I am with Scott specifically. Scott even called several days after I purchased the vehicle to check in with me.
