He took his time to show me some cars and did everything he could to make sure I was not only happy with the Rav 4, but that it was exactly what I wanted. Never at any point did I feel pressured to buy even after stopping by dealership a few times before making my final decision. Rich made everything super easy and exciting. I searched autotrader and they had the best price of anyone on a new one. So I sent an email request through Autotrader. Jesse Frazier contacted me within minutes and we talked I told him what I was looking for and they didn't have it in stock so I said thanks for your help but I was looking for that particular color and he said hold on and let him see if he could get a hold of one. He found one at another dealer and made the deal happen within a couple hours. He said when you come in you should be here only about 30 min. I thought to myself yeah right. But when I showed up very thing was ready to go and everything he said was right. I couldn't be happier with my purchase from Avondale Toyota. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a car.
