Above all the rest So after getting an itch for a new truck I started the search. I found many I liked and went to about 5 dealerships only to solidify why I hate buying a car from dealerships! The games started and I wanted none of it. Call after call they would call me dropping the price or saying we have a "deal" for you.. only to find out still not even close! Then I got a call from Jessie Frazier at Avondale Toyota. The amount of customer service he showed me was beyond what I expected. Didn't even car if he was kissing my butt for a sale, to me if felt genuine! So I drove 49 miles away from home and passed 100 dealerships to meet him. The customer service continued they showed me everything that was done with the truck. His personal attention to my wants made me choose to buy the truck! I will be back to buy another one from him! Thanks again Avondale Toyota More

Work done after complaint. salesman and service person unreliable when called to setup service call for repair on my 2003 buick lesabre. fuel sending unit went out and radiator salesman and service person unreliable when called to setup service call for repair on my 2003 buick lesabre. fuel sending unit went out and radiator full of oily gunk all before the 15 day warranty, and now its too late because the salesman and the service person didn't call back to setup appointment. this is the second vehicle I bought from the and looks like the last. thanks Avondale Toyota for poor after sale service. bought on 9\03\2016 after reading my post,dealer contacted me to have the work done. thanks cejay. future advice for dealer, better communication between sales and service to customer. my complaint could have been avoided. More

Renewed respect Came in for a service. Left doing a trade in on a new vehiclw. I was informed 3 days after making the deal, my military discount was no good because I Came in for a service. I have purchased 3 vehicle from this dealership, and recieved all the maintenance there. I will not be returning. I received a call back. The dealership will honor my Discount. Thank you. More

Amazing Integrity and Quality Care! I met with Mr. Kimie Stewart a couple of times with the intention to trade in my Elantra and purchase a 2016 Corolla. From the beginning he was determ I met with Mr. Kimie Stewart a couple of times with the intention to trade in my Elantra and purchase a 2016 Corolla. From the beginning he was determined to help me get the car I wanted. As a recent college grad, I had a lot to learn about the car buying process and he was very patient in explaining and answering any questions I had. This was one of the first big purchases on my own and Mr. Kimie Stewart made this whole process smooth and hassel free! He truly cares for his customers...even if I kept him there past closing! I had an excellent customer experience, and best part was that Scottie was the only person I had to work with. Dealership has a great feel to it, and the process, end-to-end, was smooth. Scottie's main interest was to ensure I was happy with my decision. As well, I got a pretty darn good deal for my 4-Runner trade in. I got a Highlander XLE, which is an excellent vehicle.
