We started paperwork and it was ready to be picked up 24hrs later. I was very happy when I went to pick it up... until I realized that my car seat for my 3 year old was a pretty tight fit in the Corolla. Again, Rick and Mariel were extremely helpful and accommodating in finding me another car. They weren't going to let me leave till I was completely satisfied!! Kimie worked incredibly hard to ensure I was able to get financed at a price I could afford even though my credit is not the greatest. He was so dedicated to making sure I got exactly what I wanted. He explained the entire car buying process in detail with me as well as going over every inch of the car and the contracts with me as well as answering all of the 8,000 questions I had. He was extremely, knowledgeable, friendly and professional, and I will definitely be recommending him to everyone I know! More

I have a busy lifestyle and my brother, Larry, dealt with him initially to find the car I wanted. Scottie took the same amount of time with him as he would have taken had it been me which was impressive. So it took me a while to have the time to go in and cement the deal. He did not bug me and actually set my car aside so it wouldn't be sold to someone else and as a result I was able to get the perfect car. Once my decision was made, it took me less than an hour to finish the details, sign my paperwork and have Scottie thoroughly explain to me all of the wonderful new tech items in my new 2016 Prius Four Touring and how to work them. He was the only person I had to deal with during the entire experience which made it go smoothly without any awkward or frustrating moments. There was no need to negotiate as he gave me the best and lowest deal from the start. He didn't pressure me in any way.
