Quality Customer Service Experience My wife and I have just recently been looking for a new vehicle and buying a new car has always been an extremely unpleasant experience. High pressure, little customer needs focus and an extensive process of 1) first speaking with a Sales Person, then 2) their Manager, then 3) a Finance Manager. It has been without doubt, one of the worst nightmares my wife and I have experienced and dreaded. We recently have been in need of a new vehicle and looked in close proximity to our home at Avondale Honda, Nissan and Hyundai and finally Toyota dealerships. We can only say that it is unfortunate that we didn't go to Toyota first. We had the sincere pleasure of meeting and working with a Sales/Finance Manager by the name of Scott McEwen. He was very well spoken with a sincere "customer focus" and a tremendous aptitude for trying to meet our specific needs. After showing us the various vehicle model options we ended up truly liking a new 2015 Venza (they only had one left). We were fortunate that the remaining vehicle had the exterior and interior color scheme we were looking for. Scott was very detailed in showing us the various options and enhancements associated with the vehicle and it truly offered what we were looking for. Scott was very patient when we indicated that we needed the night to absorb all of the information/costs and make a decision. NO pressure and nothing, but a very positive Customer focus. We came back the next day and my wife and I both agreed that the 2015 Venza was a fabulous car that would meet our needs and signed a contract. Scott was very expressive that the "Owner" of the Toyota dealership in California and in Avondale were to be extremely customer focused and meet the Customer needs (NOT SELLING A CAR UNDER HIGH PRESSURE). We truly valued the knowledge, the Customer skills and the patience he displayed. He obviously embellishes the vision that the Owner fosters!
