Great job after bad experience at 3 other dealerships I had been to four dealerships to get a new Prius and got jerked around at three of them, bad experiences and I had no confidence in any of them, I wa I had been to four dealerships to get a new Prius and got jerked around at three of them, bad experiences and I had no confidence in any of them, I was constantly being manipulated. In my opinion three of them lied to me. Avondale was my fifth try and a completely different experience. Terry Repovsch helped me find the car I needed and we just went into the Toyota computer together and looked up what I wanted. We found one still on the boat coming into Long Beach this week that was headed for Vegas but was not reserved so he just redirected that one to Phoenix. The price was $800 above invoice, I get a $500 rebate for no financing and I didn't have to get jerked around "going back to the manager" for four hours to get something done. It was a real relief, I had been dreading this ordeal for months. More

Working with Kimie on my recent new car purchase was an experience I will never forget. After realizing I had been overcharged and taken advantage of by another local Toyota dealership, I knew I needed to try and reduce my losses and get my budget back under control. I started searching for answers and after reading the glowing compliments by others who had worked with Kimie, aka “Stew,” and the difference between a regular dealership and Avondale Toyota’s mission, I decided to give him a call. I am so glad that I did. From our first conversation, I felt like he understood my situation. He worked tirelessly with me exploring various options until we settled on my final purchase. It was so refreshing to work with only one person as opposed to a number of individuals behind closed doors who were working in their best interests instead of really providing honest customer service. Most of our preliminary work was done via phone and text messages. When I finally arrived at the dealership, I was again surprised to be able to review the whole transaction with Kimie on a computer screen where all of the charges and information was freely shared and explained. In addition to charging considerably less for the minimal warranties required, there were no bogus numbers, hidden fees or unnecessary charges. In fact, the fees were consistently about one-half what I had been charged by the previous dealership. So am I happy? I couldn’t be happier! I now have a new car, with all the bells and whistles I could imagine, at a very reasonable price with a much lower payment. For the first time in my life I feel I have a car salesman I can recommend; one I will always remember and be thankful for his assistance. I have never endorsed a car dealership or salesman in my life, but my experience was so positive it is my pleasure to recommend Kimie Stewart and Avondale Toyota to all of my friends and family. After the utterly horrendous experience we had with a near-purchase at Larry Miller Toyota Peoria a few days before (which we thankfully walked away from at the end), Kimie was exactly what we needed to restore our faith in car sales personnel and the car buying process, and put the joy back into this most important of purchases. He listened intently to what we wanted and homed in on a perfect vehicle match for us, having it arrive at the dealership within a couple of hours, not to mention several test drives to really be sure we were comfortable with the vehicles. He is the sales person you hope for when you pull up to a dealership and so seldomly seem to get these days. I would steer any of my friends to him for their car buying needs at Toyota. Scott Mcewen took a lot of time to demonstrate and make sure I understood how to avail myself of all the features in the tech package. Scott was very respectful and was never condescending during my "lessons". He assured me that I could get additional help from him if needed.
