She had never been to a dealer before and we just went so she could test drive a ve I went to Avondale Toyota to help my girlfriend buy her first car. She had never been to a dealer before and we just went so she could test drive a vehicle or two and determined what she liked. We saw the price of a vehicle on the Internet and came to Avondale to peek at it. Our sales associate Kimie Stewart met us at the door and broke down the car buying process for us as if he was not an employee. He laid out the process and gave us information about what not to look for. And once we test drove the car we were interested in and went in to talk, we were able to see every detail about the price of that car. He explained why she qualified for certain interest rates. When he showed us the computer screen and the price had gone up, we asked him about the fees, he explained that they were additional packages not required, and when we said we didn't want them, he deleted them. My girlfriend knew exactly what the price was going to be and got exactly what she wanted. Kimie was very kind and explained everything to us that we could have wanted to know. Very impressed by this dealer and fortunate to have gone there first. More
