It was almost 3:00 o'clock and they were about to close and Carlos noticed my mileage of almost 10,000 miles and told me to don't worry, they were going to service my car and it was going to be ready in about an hour and a half. I was very impressed and also because it was ready in just one hour!! Carlos was very friendly and seriously concerned about my situation. He probably thinks he doesn't make a difference in people's lives doing what he does but he certainly made a difference in mine that weekend. Thank you again Carlos!! More
