The whole sale went by smoothly and I was in and out of there in less than 2 hours. 2 hours may seems like a lot to some, however, I've been with my parents when they purchased at a different dealership and the process was much longer with the service being very confusing with the price of the car, the loan, and the customer service wasn't top notch. I would strongly recommend Roberto and Avondale Toyota Scion to anyone who is in the market for a new or used car. More

Mirabel went up and beyond when I purchased my 2016 Toyota Co If you visit this dealership, make sure you speak with Mirabel Johnson in new car sales. Mirabel went up and beyond when I purchased my 2016 Toyota Corolla S in September. The visit was non-stressful and she answered all of the questions I had about the vehicle. Mirabel had the specific vehicle with the options I was looking for and sent me pictures before my arrival. Once at the dealership, it was a calming experience with no stress placed upon me. The finalization of the deal and walking to the new make ready area to ensure the car was ready for me was a great customer service. Kimie was honest easy to talk to and more then helpful to my wife and myself. Within 1 minute of submitting an online info form I received a phone call from Kimie. I stated what my plan was and was invited to come and meet with him. He was able to adjust his schedule to accommodate ours right from the start to meet with him. I stated what I was looking for, the reason why and what I was able to spend. Right away Kimie jumped into action and went to work for me. I didn't once feel hassled by his service and instantly gained a trust for Kimie as he stuck to my plan and didn't try to get me with one of the dealerships plans as so many dealers do. In fact when running into trouble with financing the vehicle he went to work even harder. Kimie went to work for three almost four hours to get the deal done that I wanted. Many customers were walking in and his attention never once deviated from us. We ended up walking away from he deal with everything we wanted and more. If anybody is looking for great one on one service from a car dealer that makes you feel more like a friend that a customer I highly recommended Kimie Stewart at Avondale Toyota. 2013 CamryThe new addition to the family "Thans Maribel!!" I want to thank Maribel Johnson "La Chilena" for the Great customer service. She gave me great info on the car I was looking to buy. She was very prof I want to thank Maribel Johnson "La Chilena" for the Great customer service. She gave me great info on the car I was looking to buy. She was very professional and took the "Bull by the Horns" so to speak.. lol.. I called the "we owe you" department two times and got no call back from either of the two guys in that department to schedule an appointment to fix the fog light. So I drove to the dealer and spoke to Maribel about it. She then took my "we owe you" voucher from me. She was gone for a few minutes and came back with a new voucher and an appointment made for that next Monday morning. I was so happy the way she handled that for me. The fowling week comes and I get a call from Maribel and she wanted to know how things were and if the fog light was fix right. at the time she called me I asked her if my license plate was to be sent to my mailing address. The reason for that question was that the Financial company called me and had some of my info incorrect. So Maribel said she would look into it for me. She called me back shortly and said that the plate was sent to the wrong address. It plainly shows on the application that I have a different mailing address. so that department drop the ball. Maribel expressed how sorry that she was that the plate was sent to the wrong place. I told her that I knew it wasn't her fault. that it was out of her control. Other then some of those departments making things difficult. I couldn't be more happy with Maribel. She is a wonderful employee and there should be more people like you in customer service and sales. "Thank You Very Muck Maribel!!" I enjoyed how you would make me laugh.. It really didn't feel like I was buying a car.. lol.. I will defiantly recommend you to family and friend if that are look to buy a new car.... More
