For our first purchase, my wife was looking for a blue Scion FR-S. There was not one available at the dealership but Andy put forth the extra effort to track one down. We were able to get the Scion FR-S in the blue color. All I can say is HAPPY WIFE - HAPPY LIFE. It was awesome he was able to track that down and get it to the dealership quickly. For our most recent experience I was looking for a Toyota FJ Cruiser. I saw one on the Avondale Toyota website and gave Andy a call. He had the truck ready to show in a couple hours and I was ready to make the purchase. He was very knowledgable about the vehicle's features and walked me through all of them. I told Andy that I did not have that much time that day because I had to work a night shift. I thought we might not get the paperwork done in time for me to drive it off the lot, but Andy got everything prepared fast and I was able to drive the FJ to work that day. AWESOME. I changed my mind about the tires after the paperwork had been processed; I wanted some off-road tires. Again, Andy was understanding and put forth the effort to track down the tires PLUS reprocess all the paperwork again. Andy stressed that he wanted me to be happy with the vehicle and that it was no issue to reprocess the paperwork. Andy was a pleasure to work with during the whole process. He immediately responded to missed phone calls and/or he would text back immediately. He really strives to make the customer happy. If we purchase another vehicle at Avondale Toyota, we will definitely be looking for Andy to help us out. More

I had the pleasure of working with Andy from start to finish. Yes I said that correctly. START TO FINISH. A year ago I went with my mom to buy a new car at ANOTHER dealership and we hated every moment of it. We must have stood around for 2 hours just waiting on the finance guy even though we were already pre-approved, then another 1.5 hours for him to go over everything we didn't need and want. I was with Andy a total of 2 hours and didn't have to wait on one but my decision to buy. Andy thank you for making my car buying experience the best ever. More
