What a GREAT experience to be able to call in advance, get a quote on a trade-in, get a "drive-out" price on the new one and confirm an appointment to go pick up my car. When I walked in the door, Pickle was waiting for me, had my car on the porch and all of the paperwork ready to sign. I only worked with Pickle! He did not take me to the Finance Manager or to the Aftermarket Products Manager or to anyone else! What a delight. Pickle knows what I want and he delivers. No Hassle/No Fuss/No Problem. And, believe it or not, I get exactly the same during the service experience. Whether I have an advance appointment or just drive-in, they are always courteous, prompt and attentive. There is always a follow-up call to make sure I have received the treatment I expected and the quality of service I deserve. JUST GO SEE PICKLE! You won't be disappointed. More
