He is not only my salesperson, but also my finance manager. The computer screen was never out of my sight. I could see everything he was doing. Kimie explained every line on his screen. What blew me away, is how he showed me my interest rate. How it was determined and how I got it. Plus, they gave me the lowest rate, not the first offer that comes in. Amazing. Kimie himself is a great person. Very honest and easy to talk to. I will be recommending him to anyone I know for a car. I will be returning for my next purchase as well. Second time buyer! We came in after hours and were met warmly by Maribel. She heard our needs and great experience with our last Toyota Sienna, and was happy to help! We are often weary of dealerships because of the pressure that is often put on the customers but we did not feel like that at all with Maribel, nor Rick, who later came to help find the best payment arrangement for us. It was getting late into the night and we were the only customers there but not once did we feel pressured to hurry up with a decision so that they could end their night..we left at 11:30pm! We were so happy to have the same great experience that we remember having 9 years before when we bought our first new car at another Toyota dealership! Maribel was so warm and catering to our needs that it felt as if we had known her for years! I highly recommend buying, not only a Toyota Sienna but getting it at Avondale Toyota Scion! More

Best experience in buying a car! We didn't even drive out to Avondale Toyota, and we had the best car-buying experience! We had gone to a different Toyota dealership, then returned to We didn't even drive out to Avondale Toyota, and we had the best car-buying experience! We had gone to a different Toyota dealership, then returned to the same one for a test-drive. While waiting for our salesman, I had time to check Avondale Toyota online, and there was a "live chat" available. We knew exactly the car we wanted, so I chatted that to the very nice lady on the other end. She sent my info over to Roberto Michel, sales and leasing manager. Roberto made sure that he knew exactly what we wanted, and through emails, chatting, and a couple phone calls (outside of the other dealership), we got a great deal! The price was better than the dealership we were at, and a bit better than AAA. Roberto gave us a quote for our trade-in by phone, and the deal was set. Roberto even delivered the car to our home, where we signed the paperwork and he took our trade-in. We did NOT get the run-around, and we did not get several other salesmen or managers. We only dealt with Roberto. He even delivered the car in the evening and spent time going over the features and how to work them! With every encounter with Roberto, he was always cheerful and offered his help. We sure are glad that Avondale Toyota had a "live chat" online. We received prompt, courteous, and helpful service, and we were obviously directed to the right salesperson. I think this is the best car-buying experience we have had, and we have purchased at least 8 new cars over the years. More
ASK for Terry Repovsch skip the rest first, we have purchased 7 vehicles from this dealer- one price on person- they take the average of all the ( same type) vehicles and stick that price first, we have purchased 7 vehicles from this dealer- one price on person- they take the average of all the ( same type) vehicles and stick that price on all of them, no surprises, or so we thought... about 6 months ago we find ourselves at the lot- looking for our usual salesman, he was no longer working there- so we get this other guy- we pick out a car- we know we have equity in the car we are trading in- we make small talk, the deal comes, now we thought our loyalty would buy us some grace- they pile on this BS "deal" we explain to the salesman, we purchased several new vehicles and we come here because we get treated like humans. well, here comes the sales manager Rob, we know him, he knows us. he gives this line about how he knows we are loyal customers yadda yadda, the deal is the deal. so we break thru the BS and leave- well, i still get my vehicles serviced there, so today we take a look at the 2015 RAV 4- we decided to buy- its perfect - we get Terry- he's been there for 10 years and ive never seen him !?! - excellent customer service- answered all our questions, got us a deal we couldn't turn down- wife couldn't be happier- happy wife, happy life right? well, if you go to this dealer, demand to speak with Terry !! very happy More
