We returned to Avondale Toyota to find that we received the same excellent treatment as we did in our first visit. Everyone was very accommodating from the greeters all the way to the sales people, Even the ones that weren't helping us. We dealt with Tommy Severado and our experience was excellent. No pushy sales tactics, no games and no hovering. Tommy showed us everything we wanted to see, never tried to push us in any direction and gave us all the info we needed to make a good decision for our purchase. Tony actually got us a better rate on our loan than we had anticipated! The only reason I didn't give them a 5 star rating was we had to go back up several weeks later for a second key fob, and wait for 2 hours for it to be programmed (and a free :) carwash), which was an inconvenience. We were quoted a waiting time of an hour and half, when I asked about the status, after waiting 2 hours, the service manager, Mike, seemed annoyed I was even asking. BUT, overall, great place, great people and I got a free carwash out of the service call! More

No muss, no fuss, she was a perfect fit for us because we will leave if the sales person doesn't give us space and is pushy, Maribel was PERFECT in every way. we left that night letting her know we would contact her after we discussed our options, and there was no pressure.
