It took us 2 weeks to find the vehicle we wanted, it was our first time ever buying a car and we were lucky enough to get Mark and Roberto. Mark (kiwi) was very friendly and helpful, answered any questions we had, Roberto is very humble and honest. He showed us so many vehicles, running back and forth for so we could test almost every car on the lot just for us to say we didn't find anything! He is a hard worker and was very professional and patient with us! Mark and Roberto are great honest people who are focused on helping you get what you want, they have no need to lie or deceive because they are so down to earth and honest its like your dealing with a friend. During our 2 week process trying to find a vehicle we dealt with plenty of other salesmen and they were not even close in comparison when it comes to costumer satisfaction. We dealt with liars,rudeness, one man even took us on a test drive and did 90 miles on the freeway with us in the back seat!! I highly recommend you request these guys when you visit the Dealer because not all people are this kind and honest but these two are guaranteed to take care of you! More

The way car buying should be!! I was in a car accident a couple weeks ago that left my car totaled so I needed a new one and fast. I went to Carmax and looked at a Toyota Corolla 20 I was in a car accident a couple weeks ago that left my car totaled so I needed a new one and fast. I went to Carmax and looked at a Toyota Corolla 2011. It seemed way overpriced but I thought I'd check out the numbers anyways. The interest I was offered was ok, not the greatest and had to add additional warranty. I also had to put money down because it was an older car. I told them I'd be back. My brother called me as soon as I got out of there and told me to check out Avondale Toyota and look at the same car as the one in Carmax. When I got there, I was greeted by a really nice girl who brought out Kimie Stewart. He walked me around the lot and showed me the cars they had. I found a 2013 corolla with all the bells and whistles, much nicer than the other one I'd previously seen. I know nothing about financing so he walked me through everything step by step. He showed me everything that goes into buying a car. He wasn't trying to hustle me or add on things I didn't need. He even talked to my brother on the phone and walked him through the deal I was getting. My brother told me it was a way better deal than the one at Carmax. My interest rate was lower and the total price for the car was very reasonable. Kimie was so nice and patient, such a cool guy! He even bough me jimmy johns because I was so hungry from being at the other dealership in the morning. The paperwork was signed so quickly, I didn't feel cheated or screwed into an expensive car. I am so happy with my purchase! I'm definitely telling my family and friends about Avondale Toyota and telling them to go see Kimie when they want a car! This is what car buying should be like! Excellence At its Best, Fair, Kind and straight forward. Yesterday my wife and I bought a new Corolla Sport 2015. Prior to going to this dealership we went to two others first a Kia dealership where they we Yesterday my wife and I bought a new Corolla Sport 2015. Prior to going to this dealership we went to two others first a Kia dealership where they were like vultures. We sat in the car and the sales team started congregating by my driver side door waiting for me to get out (needless to say we left very quick). 2nd We went to a Nissan dealership the sales guy was nice, but we were there for 3 hours being haggled by the sales manager. We made it clear what we wanted they tried to get us to agree on a car we did not want at a price we did not want. The manager was rude when I advised I wanted to go one more place prior to purchase, very rude. Then we went to Avondale Toyota they asked what we wanted and right out the gate was taking care of, they were kind, quick did not and did not play the "games" you generally see from a dealership. they made it clear on what they could do for my trade (better then anywhere we went otherwise) they listened to my wants and needs and made it happen. After being there only an 1 1/2 hours we had signed for a new vehicle. The sales/finance manager Kimie Stewart was amazing he did not try to add a bunch of stuff in Finance he made sure I understood the contract and there were NO hidden fees like you normally see, and as they told me when I got there I did get 0% APR. I have purchased 7 cars from dealerships and this by far was the best quickest and most efficient experience I have had. They even showed me all the bells and whistles before we left (i.e. blue tooth and all the other features). I never had a car buying experience so easy straight forward and I felt good with after waking up the next day. If you want a Toyota go here, if you are looking at a Nissan/ Kia / Hyundai or even Honda (I've had 4) go here first and look at reviews in comparison with the model type you are looking at. And even more importantly go here if you want the best price with out all the haggling. Unless you like to be beat up at the dealership. Happy car hunting everyone. More
