The salesperson Reese was completely above and beyond and sales person I've ever dealt with. Drove the first vehicle to my home over 50 miles away. I found that I wasn't satisfied and e mailed him back. I was in the vehicle that I wanted the next afternoon. These guys are fantastic and deserve a lot more praise than what they likely get from anyone. I would recommend them to anybody and would certainly buy from them time and time again. Awesome experience I purchased a 2015 Toyota Camry from Kimmie Stewart on Saturday March 28th. I was so pleased with the service that I was provided by Kimmie that I hav I purchased a 2015 Toyota Camry from Kimmie Stewart on Saturday March 28th. I was so pleased with the service that I was provided by Kimmie that I have referred my mother and a few others friends that are in the market to purchase a vehicle to see him since I had such a awesome experience. I initially walked into the dealership to purchase a item from the parts department when I seen Kimmie. He came over and said hello and asked if he could assist me with anything. I told him that I no longer had a vehicle due to an accident that totaled it out. I knew Kimmie because my daughter had purchased a vehicle from him a few months back. I explained that I was in a rental which I was paying for out of my pocket due to me not having rental reimbursement at the time of the accident. I also advised Kimmie that my credit was in horrible shape and that I had recently been to several dealerships trying to purchase a vehicle only to be turned away due to my credit issues. Kimmie said if you give me 20 minutes of your time I can get you into a vehicle. I was extremely hesitant because I had been turned down so many times before but Kimmie assured me that he could help me get into a vehicle. I never thought in a million years that I would be able to purchase another vehicle after being turned down so many times let alone a brand new one. I told Kimmie that I had never driven a new vehicle off of the showroom floor and he said "well if you want me to drive it inside the showroom so that you can drive it off the showroom floor we can do that too" which I thought that was funny but he was true to his word and made it happen. Usually car salesmen/women are extremely pushy and just want to sell you any car so that they can make their quota but not Kimmie. He took his time and diligent in answering every question that I had and even advised me of some additional information that I wasn't aware of about purchasing a vehicle. Kimmie definitely went above and beyond his scope of duties and it is very much noticed and appreciated. He has once again confirmed what I already knew and that is you won't find a more kind, trustworthy and professional car salesman than Kimmie Stewart. Our entire family are now driving Toyota's thanks to Kimmie. We will definitely be repeat customers at Avondale Toyota Scion and hope Kimmie Stewart is still around to sell us our next vehicle.
