Before visiting Avondale Toyota, buying a vehicle in the current market seemed extremely difficult and highly overpriced. Most dealerships were charging egregious market adjustments (some as high as +$15k, current market seemed extremely difficult and highly overpriced. We ended up reserving a Toyota Highlander with Miss Deb who to our surprise was a breath of fresh air. Miss Deb took her time and walked us through the options, the transaction, and got us into our new vehicle at well below what other competitors were offering… and at a lower interest rate! I first contacted Avondale Toyota back in March 2022 and was assigned to Devan Melton as my sales manager. I explained the vehicle I wanted and I was placed on a list after paying my deposit. Devan was very vigilant in making sure I was informed on where I placed on the list for my vehicle. I received a call that a vehicle matching what I wanted was in and I could come down to purchase it. I was not able to due to a prior commitment. Devan and his supervisor, Jake Fratt, got me into another vehicle matching what I wanted the very next day. Devan and Jake treated me like a customer should be treated. I went down to Avondale Toyota and completed the purchase and, in all my experiences in buying vehicles, Avondale Toyota had the simplest, a no pressure, and stress-free buying experience.
