Amazing same day service Amazing service today at Avondale Toyota. Had been to a different dealer this morning where I had purchased a used Toyota Rav4. The key the other dealer had given me was faulty and they refused to take any accountability for the faulty key. After realizing I was could not rationalize with that dealer, I pulled into Avondale Toyota, was greeted by extremely pleasant people. After they heard my story, they not only gave me excellent service, but also empathized with my situation. They turned a very aggravating morning into a very positive day. Great people at Avondale Toyota. I unfortunately do not remember all of the names of the people I dealt with, but Tracie gave me her card. I also dealt with a parts person and a serviceman who greeted me when I arrived. Thank you! More
Another great experience at Avondale Toyota I have been going to Avondale Toyota for years and really miss my original Service Consultant Mitch Oler, but I am happy to now have Tracie Seib to h I have been going to Avondale Toyota for years and really miss my original Service Consultant Mitch Oler, but I am happy to now have Tracie Seib to help me with all my service needs. I tried one time checking out Firestone for my service instead of my Avondale Toyota service dept. I never did that again! You cannot go wrong at Avondale Toyota for Sales or Service. I bought 2 cars over the years both from Tommy Severado, I actually asked to have him back again and have referred him in the past. Tracie Seib is my Service Consultant and I would not switch to anyone else!! Thank you Avondale Toyota for all of my car needs, and having Tommy and Tracie there for me. I went in for service yesterday, decided to say hi to Tommy, and left with a smile in an updated Toyota Rav4 XLT. <3 More

No Surprise... Avondale wins again!! Went to "another dealer" (Hnt: see title of review) and was offered one dollar (literally $1.00) trade in value on my '07 Prius w/ 227k miles because Went to "another dealer" (Hnt: see title of review) and was offered one dollar (literally $1.00) trade in value on my '07 Prius w/ 227k miles because it needed a new brake actuator. ($60 diagnosis fee) "Other dealer" quoted me $3k for the repair (pats / labor) but I declined and found out (via a simple google search) that it was covered under a Toyota Warranty Enhancement Program. (ZG1 to be specific). Took it to Avondale Toyota Service... "Other" dealer's service Mgr. left me a voice mail telling me that wasn't true while Avondale service was fixing my car under warranty. No charge. While it was there I had an oil change and $500 plus dollars of service that I needed for a vehicle with over 200k miles. Picked it up same day. They even gave me a loaner vehicle and washed my Prius. Worth going the extra miles for people who are willing to do the same for me. Thank you Phil, Tracie, Greg & Donald! More

Made an appointment for tires to be put on my tacoma.They had a special going on buy 3 get the fourth one for a $1.Service advisor was Jacob.He told m Made an appointment for tires to be put on my tacoma.They had a special going on buy 3 get the fourth one for a $1.Service advisor was Jacob.He told me it would take 15 minutes to look in the computer to see if my tires qualified for the special since they weren't stock tires.I sat down in the waiting room at 8:10am.I waited for over an hour.No communication at all.He could of just came by and said hey i'm really busy it's gonna be a bit longer.Even thirty minutes wouldve been fine.I finally got up and went to the desk and told him i want my keys then left.I went to discount tire and they took care of me.I won't be servicing both my cars there anymore. The meaning of "the extra mile " This review is for Carlos in the service department. I went last Saturday just to ask a question. Could I go to Flagstaff the next day with the "maint This review is for Carlos in the service department. I went last Saturday just to ask a question. Could I go to Flagstaff the next day with the "maintenance required " light on? It was almost 3:00 o'clock and they were about to close and Carlos noticed my mileage of almost 10,000 miles and told me to don't worry, they were going to service my car and it was going to be ready in about an hour and a half. I was very impressed and also because it was ready in just one hour!! Carlos was very friendly and seriously concerned about my situation. He probably thinks he doesn't make a difference in people's lives doing what he does but he certainly made a difference in mine that weekend. Thank you again Carlos!! More

The power steering went out on my 2014 tundra with only 16k miles. I took it in and later received a phone call from mike roller informing me that warranty would not cover it and that I would have to pay out of pocket. I could not believe what he told me. That is the sole reason I purchased a new truck. I was not happy to say the least, so I filed a complaint with Toyota. They told me that they would send a Toyota representative to inspect the truck and see what the issue was. Before they could do that I later received a call from MIKE ROLLER informing me that my vehicle was complete and ready. I head to the dealership and my truck is sitting out front with nothing done to it. I then received a call from PHIL GIBBS informing me that I was the cause of the power steering going out and that I either had to pay out of pocket or it would not be fixed. I could not believe it. This service is an absolute joke. I have no idea how they are in business. I love Toyota but this representation of Toyota is pitiful. I had my truck towed to a real service dealership in Tempe and they are in the process of fixing it with no problem or hassle. I RECOMMEND ANYWHERE but here. More
