He was knowledable about the car I was buying and answered all of my questions. And then there was Terrance. Jay sent me over to Terrance for financing and I have to say, it was painless and easy. Terrance was friendly and had all of the answers to my questions. Charlie, the manager, helped everything go smoothly and made sure my needs were met. The Zino did a great job making sure service did what they need to to make sure my interior and exterior were protected and made sure it was ready when I was. Today I went in for my Genius tutorial on what everything is and does in regards to all of the bells and whistles my car is equipped with. And according to Donovan Moore it's not missing a thing. I appreciate each one these guys. They not only sold me a car but we laughed (a lot) and I truly believe they were sincere in their kindness because that's just who they are, and not to just to try and sell me my car.
