Full disclosure - I am not a big car guy and finding a car was not high on my list of favorite things to do. Spent a lot of the day with Jay, who was my advisor and very knowledgable. It was worthwhile He listens and understands - and in my case was able to get what I needed with the resources he had available from a major bmw dealership. Place was top notch - and these guys are down to earth and so easy to talk to and work with. It had been at least 10 years since I had been to BMW of Columbia, but once again my trip from Charlotte NC was worthwhle. Have nothing but good things to say about them. Feel good getting my car here, and know they back up there word. More

Mike Brooks, Service Advisor, was excellent and the one who explained why my vehicle no longer had BMW Connect. Their service department also included a USB connection so that I could listen to my iPhone music. They provided me a vehicle to drive while Sirius and a new antenna were being installed and Mike stayed in touch with me over the three days my car was at the dealership. More
