Nice people but a lot of turnover in staff. Also I just paid over $700 for an oil change. It seems every time I bring the car in it costs at least $700 even with very little being done. I used to have Lexus before this car and my experience with BMW is not the same. Follow ups and detail explanations of the work is not professional compared to what I used to see at Lexus. The service rep was most helpful and accommodating. Their loaners are not to my liking plus they typically over schedule which mean that you get your car back after several days.
