Robert, I would be happy to chat with you regarding my experience but unfortunately all you will be able to tell me is it had nothing to do with Portland BMW or BMW but supply chain issues. Although I understand all the delays caused by COVID-19, and as I mentioned, Chris Scorcio was awesome in providing me with weekly and sometimes daily up-dates, it still will not satisfy my disappointment and being left without a car to drive from May 17, 2022 to November 18, 2022. It also was very unprofessional of your sales manager who called me to say they were not interested in buying my car back from me once it was repaired. His customer service was horrible. I'm in the customer service business, and I know the difference. So thank you for reaching out, but I am not a happy customer and will not come back to Portland BMW or purchase another BMW. Tom
