I think most people assume from the start that car salesmen are “shady” or “pushy” for the sake of business but I genuinely can not say enough about how amazing Jeffrey (JT) was in helping me from sta salesmen are “shady” or “pushy” for the sake of business but I genuinely can not say enough about how amazing Jeffrey (JT) was in helping me from start to finish in purchasing my new car. He was kind, communicative, welcoming, personable, honest, transparent, and truly an overall good human being. You spend hours in the dealership, so it’s nice to be accommodated in any way and saying he went “above and beyond” would be an understatement. At no point did I feel pressured into a purchase or like I was getting played with the typical “salesmen stereotype.” He was so amazing, he even went to bat for me with my rental car company and PERSONALLY arranged the drop off for it the very next day, with time to spare. I truly felt good about giving him (and the entire BMW of SLO) my business. I had an amazing experience and would recommend him to any and everybody. Thanks my guy! More

I came into the dealership, not expecting to purchase a car. I was simply trying to get an estimate for my car that I wanted to either sell or trade. I had two other appointments with two other dealerships car. I was simply trying to get an estimate for my car that I wanted to either sell or trade. I had two other appointments with two other dealerships, and I ended up making my purchase with BMW. In the end I left with a 2025 Toyota Camry, and I have Jeffrey to thank for that. He was super amazing and very friendly. He was definitely very knowledgeable about the cars that were on the lot, and he was extremely helpful. He was also very patient with me, as I am a very stubborn and detailed person; so of course, I had plenty of questions. I feel so happy with my new car, and I’m so happy that he was the one to help me with this purchase. I will definitely remember this experience and recommend this place to other people who are considering a new car. More
