Overall pleased with this service visit. Scheduling was easy, service advisor polite and efficient, and the service was completed in a timely manner. Only negative is that I needed to bring up the service discount coupon three times - first when scheduling online, second when dropping off the vehicle, and third when my invoice was incorrect and needed to have it sent back to the advisor from the cashier's station.
