I contacted 3 dealership in the Cleveland area regarding my interest in BMW and ordering a vehicle - hands down, BMW of Akron was the easiest to work with, compared to another dealer who seemingly had no in my interest in BMW and ordering a vehicle - hands down, BMW of Akron was the easiest to work with, compared to another dealer who seemingly had no interest in selling me anything that wasn't on the lot.
