I have been to the service center a few times in the last year. However, this last visit was perhaps the best! Brittany Gunn, a fairly new service representative, was absolutely outstanding! She was the epitome of what a BMW dealership should strive for in their service staff. My car tire blew on 495. I limped over to the dealership without an appointment. Even though there were others with appointments ahead of me, she smiled, offered to help, and quickly processed my 230i for servicing! She gave me an estimate for the work, and said she would do her best to ensure the work was done by the next day. No need for a replacement car! True to her word, the car was done the next day. Again, I have dealt with several service reps. Brittany is exceptional! She was kind, patient, efficient and professional. BMW should turn to her to help others learn her secret sauce so they can be their best. The sad part is, she is so talented, I am afraid that she will move up the ladder quickly and out of the service department! But until then, I will only request her as my service rep - even if I have to wait in a long line to get her help! BMW of Alexandria needs more Brittanys!! One more thing... William, who provided me with a shuttle bus ride, deserves equally high praise for his kindness and professionalism! He is a gem! More

Good follow-up on calls and worked well with insurance company to get them to pay full cost of repair. Very much appreciated. Provided very friendly service. The service department is horrible. They have good business hours but they make more appointments that they can handle conveniently for customers. If a customer makes an appointment for an oil change and specifically notes “waiting while service is performed” the service department should be able to turn around basic service APPOINTMENTS in under 2 hours - not 4 or 5 (or more) hours! Other (several) poor service experiences at Alexandria BMW are the reasons we chose to purchase our next BMW at a different local dealership. Very poor customer care/service. Also, I shouldn’t have to argue to receive the services included in packages I purchased. Customer care is certainly not their priority. More

Before my visit, I came across several negative comments that made me second-guess going, but I decided to see for myself, and I’m glad I did. From the Sales Manager, Kanchan Sedhai to the Finance Manager, Jeremy Seepersaud, to the actual salesperson, Krishma, and the Electric vehicles Edward, each individual conducted themselves with professionalism and respect. No, they didn’t do me any special favors, but they represented the company well, as you would expect from a brand known for high-end vehicles. My experience was “tremendous”, completely different from what I had read, which taught me an important lesson: reviews are just opinions, often influenced by personal circumstances. Some customers may have had a bad day or misunderstood a situation. That’s why I encourage you to visit and experience it for yourself before forming an opinion. Great Job! Jean Cyprien More
Terrible experience at BMW of Alexandria. I brought my car in for routine service, and when I picked it up, I found a nail in one of the tires. The dealership immediately denied any responsib I brought my car in for routine service, and when I picked it up, I found a nail in one of the tires. The dealership immediately denied any responsibility, claiming the nail was already there — even though they performed a full inspection when I dropped it off and sent me a report that made zero mention of any nail or tire damage. When I questioned this, the manager gave me a completely contradictory excuse, saying they “didn’t inspect that tire.” So which is it? Either they didn’t inspect the tire (which would be negligence) or they did and are lying about the damage. Either way, it’s clear they were more interested in deflecting blame than actually helping a customer. In the end, they forced me to pay for a brand new tire out of pocket for damage that clearly happened while the car was in their care. This dealership is either careless, dishonest, or both. I won’t be coming back — and if you care about being treated fairly, you shouldn’t either. More
