Overall I ended up getting an amazing car but the process was so annoying. I spent a total of 5.5 hours and left with my car at 30% charge even though they said they had it on the charger for the Ofer 5 hour was so annoying. I spent a total of 5.5 hours and left with my car at 30% charge even though they said they had it on the charger for the Ofer 5 hours I was there. They pushed their financing too much which is why I felt like I was there so long. It felt like they were more concerned with the financing than taking care of me as a customer. Nichita was nice but the process was just messy and I felt that as a women at time people spoke to me like I was slow or something. It didn’t make me feel good and when making a major purchase you want to feel good. More

I'm sure it comes with the territory but the staff was almost comically arrogant. The service was abysmal. Far from what I would expect from any dealership, let alone a luxury brand.
