Dropping off my vehicle, I had to wait on service and no other customers were waiting (I was the only customer). After service was completed and I picked up my vehicle around 8:00pm, $1600.00 dollars later, other customers were waiting (I was the only customer). I just cannot spend this type of money for horrible service. I was not even acknowledged, then when I got the reception attention and paid for my vehicle, I did not receive a thank you for choosing us or have a great evening. My brand new 2022, X3 was involved in an accident. I keep calling every month to the location to get the car back in to get checked out and keep getting the run around, I am told it's busy...like xxx!! You would think they are fixing my vehicle for FREE. At this point I am DONE with BMW. On the bright side, Alp my sales guy is the best (he sold me 2 brand new cars over the years) and my previous service techs Jack and Greg are very great with communication and service! More

I just sat, in my car, in the service area for over and hour. I had an appointment. No one came to check me in or even speak to me. Yet they helped the cars in front of me and behind me….. I normally would not write any review but I would like my experience shared with this dealership. Have had BMWs for several years and my experience with this dealership goes back many years ago when they are experience shared with this dealership. I live in Alexandria and refuse to buy or have my cars service through this dealership because of culture and behavior of this dealership - it is simply unreliable, untrustworthy, misleading communication, and just what everyone else said in these reviews are all true. I only came back to this dealership is because of the X1 I would like to buy in only available with this dealership. I bought the car through Nabil, we did not negotiate the price, did not apply for credit, a simple straight purchase. Then the car had some problems couple of weeks later, service was scheduled with Allan. I have had challenges in just dropping the car because I was informed that loaner will be provided as long as I come between 7a and 7:30a. I came within the time frame but no car loan and that's ok. But what transpired later is just amazing and brought several bad experiences with this dealer. Allan called and said the humming noise on the car is related to the tires according ti his technician and suggested replacing to eliminate the noise. I called Nabil who sold the car, he said he will take care of it. The technician called and said there is no problem with the tires, it is capping but I did not need to replace the tires. Without going with additional further details, I only took the car there for 1) convenience of location. I live 10 mins from this dealer, 2) it is under warranty. But just like with the rest of the BMWs, I won't be taking this car to this dealer and will take it to BMW Fairfax, BMW of Rockville if still under warranty. But J&F Mortors in Arlington is a great place to bring your car for service. More

I was told my vehicle woul take approximately two to two a half hours to service. I finall asked a service manager why no one had contacted me while I waited in the waiting room. I scheduled my car for oil change @ 79. 95 with bmw Alexandria. 06/25/2022 8.00 am I dropped my car. And he offered me complementary car wash too. I trusted him and dropped my car. Later he called me and recommended additional services like BG coolant system, rear final drive, fuel injector cleaner Services and also replacement of both rear tires in additional cost of $1213.09. All I was paying from pocket. So I refused for additional service 0f $1213.09. I was keep monitoring my car through App. They moved my car 1pm in work shop and hardly work 2 hours on my car. And 3 pm SA Javier called me car is ready for pick up. I asked him. How much you charged hourly. He said $175. Then I asked him. Your mechanic worked just 2 hours on my car. Why you charging me $902.14 just for service. He got very mad on me and started asking me personal questions. Instead of $902.14 he charged me $911.14. He pulled my car. I noticed car was not washed and vacuumed. I opened door and showed him dirt on my car floor. I complained him that you offered me complementary car wash. SA Javier Regalo was very rude and disrespectful with me. He said do I want free car detailing. I said no I just want vacuum. I left dealer ship in this situation. I took my car to tire shop to check rear tires. Both tires were in good condition. After that I was very confused. I m thinking I paid them $911.14 just for oil change. I m thinking BMW Alexandria made me fool and rube me. I will never go there again in any kind of service. Although I also live in Alexandria and they are located 6 miles from my apartment More
