I called about a vehicle that was newly listed. It was so new pics weren’t up yet. Dmetri (sales manager) immediately asked Mason to get me pics and the spec sheet. It was perfect. I quickly sent a deposit and the dealership quickly got it inspected and certified. When I arrived, the car was beautiful and just what I was looking for. Mason asked me for the documents he needed ahead of time and had everything ready when I got there. He was professional and prepared to help - even coming in on his day off to deliver the vehicle. Karissa in the finance office was also particularly efficient. And Dmetri made sure to stop by and introduce himself. This dealership was top notch and I look forward to working with them again in the future! More

This by far was my best car buying experience and that was because of our sales person Eddy. From the moment we walked into the dealership Eddy made my wife and myself feel at home. The whole buying exper was because of our sales person Eddy. From the moment we walked into the dealership Eddy made my wife and myself feel at home. The whole buying experience was nothing short of amazing. The time Eddy took to show us the different models, different features and what would best suit our needs was above and beyond. I have previously owned Mercedes and Maserati both purchased in the Lehigh Valley and neither came close to the service of Eddy and his team. I cannot recommend Eddy and BMW of Allentown enough. More

He not only made it possible to get me out of my lease without too much of a loss he also got me into a brand new X3 Which I absolutely love...Eddie ! Just purchased a used BMW here. They were transitioning from Daniel BMW to Sloane. We were delayed a week due to the transition but through that time they effectively communicated They were transitioning from Daniel BMW to Sloane. We were delayed a week due to the transition but through that time they effectively communicated with us every step. The day of vehicle pick up they took time to each the vehicle features and ensure I was set up on the app. The final purchase paperwork was handled smoothly and I did not feel pressured to purchase additional items. Overall a very positive experience. I’d use the dealership for a vehicle purchase again. More
