When he asked which model I was interested in, he was unfazed when I responded with an in-demand model that he almost certainly would not have (and did not have) in stock. He DID NOT try to convince me that I'd really be happier with something he happened to have on the lot. Instead, we had a lengthy exchange regarding my purchase objectives, during which he displayed good product knowledge and genuine enthusiasm for the BMW line, which (sadly) is has not always been my experience with other brands & dealerships. I accepted a test drive in a lesser model, which Alex offered knowing full well that I was unlikely to purchase that car. If the object of my desires does become available, I will almost certainly be purchasing a vehicle from Alex! More
