Sales team at bmw bridgewater is amazing. I had a major problem with a 7 series that other dealers could not rectify. Bridgewater took care of it even though it was not their issue to handle. I wish I could give more than 5 stars because this dealership truly deserves it, specially my sales person Allen Heyman. I placed my request, within 2 minutes Allen called me and we got the ball rolling right away.. told him what I expected and wanted and he made the exact deal I requested happen. I then provided him with all the information he needed on my end and just like that I was approved the same night. This morning I went to take delivery of my vehicle and I did not spend more than 20Minutes in the dealership including waiting to sign and signing the paperwork. My 2021 BMW X4 MSport was ready for me to drive it and Mr John was also very nice and went over all the details and features of my vehicle very patiently. BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE YET. I was looking for a CPO BMW X5 for my wife. After searching the inventory throughout the tri-state area, Bridgewater BMW had the only one that met out needs. They had a larger selection than most. When I arrived with my son on Friday night, we met Alex Hoebeke. He as very patient and answered all of our questions regarding the vehicle. There was zero pressure. It was very refreshing. I came back the next day with my wife to make sure she approved of the vehicle. We spent a couple of hours with Alex reviewing the vehicle, test driving it, etc.. Again, zero pressure. He was acting simply as a resource for us. I have to say again, he was so pleasant, it was simply a refreshing experience. (I have simply walked away from many car dealerships over the years. My attitude is, it is my money, I will spend it where I am comfortable spending it.) Suffice it to say, our experience with Alex was outstanding. No nonsense involved. I would not hesitate to recommend Alex to all my friends and family, and will definitely look to work with him again in the future. I would be remiss if I didn't mention our experience with David Wagoner in the Finance office. It was an absolute pleasure. Again, no pressure to purchase costly add-ons etc.. It was a very straight forward process. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. Finally, we need a shout out to John Palombo. He spent a good deal of time going over all the features of the X5 with us. There is a ton of tech in this vehicle, and John knew his stuff. Best of all, he took his time with us and made sure we understood all the features in the vehicle and how they worked. Obviously, there is a great deal to learn about this vehicle. John gave us his card and said we can come back any time and he will sit with us and answer any questions we may have. In a nutshell, It was a World Class experience from start to finish. Allen helped me to purchase a 530i last week. He was very nice and patient to work with. He was willing to talk to you, find out what you wanted, then found the car that I liked.
