I hate buying cars, but Manjula Biju changed that - she's effective, efficient, a pleasure to talk to and work with. I went in recently to buy a X5 and was apprehensive I would leave with a car. I recently leased an X5 from Larry and Manjula. The whole process was very efficient. No haggling and gave me a number that worked for both of us on 1st call. When I went to pick up car, Dave in finance did process was very efficient. No haggling and gave me a number that worked for both of us on 1st call. When I went to pick up car, Dave in finance did a great job getting me out of the dealership in very little time.
