I recently purchased a 2018 BMW 430i. I went to Bridgewater BMW during COVID in June and met Savitri. I wasn't sure what I wanted so I was just looking. Savitri was kind and not pushy. I will say Springfield BMW was also kind but after putting my search on hold a few months, Savitri followed up and when I was ready I took a friend along and Savitri sold us both cars that day! Her style aligns with mine and that makes the process actually fun. I've never bought a car from a woman and I'm glad to say there is not a difference in the service I received. Perhaps it was even better! She cared about the details and even skipped lunch to continue to serve my friend and I. I told her go eat but she wouldn't. Then her follow up after my car was delivered was kind, thoughtful, and professional. Everyone I dealt with at B'water BMW was top notch. Justin O'Connor gave me a fair deal and came out and met me versus being the numbers guy behind the curtain. Zarina Fargali was my BMW genius who sat with me in my car and showed me the ends and outs (I had an Audi prior). What a knowledgeable sales force. Sales team at bmw bridgewater is amazing. I had a major problem with a 7 series that other dealers could not rectify. Bridgewater took care of it even though it was not their issue to handle. It was to be handled by another dealership but Mark and his sales team and Jeff the service manager took care of me as if I’m family. They facilitated me and got me into a brand new ‘21 x5m. I placed my request, within 2 minutes Allen called me and we got the ball rolling right away.. told him what I expected and wanted and he made the exact deal I requested happen. I then provided him with all the information he needed on my end and just like that I was approved the same night. This morning I went to take delivery of my vehicle and I did not spend more than 20Minutes in the dealership including waiting to sign and signing the paperwork. My 2021 BMW X4 MSport was ready for me to drive it and Mr John was also very nice and went over all the details and features of my vehicle very patiently. BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE YET.
