Excellent service, responsive salesman. I went to four BMW dealerships, and the responsivenes at your dealership was exemplary. There was no attempt to play games. X7 2019 We picked up 2019 X7 from Bridgewater NJ BMW. We loved this car but it gave us all sort of error messages on 4 day of delivery took it back to dealers We picked up 2019 X7 from Bridgewater NJ BMW. We loved this car but it gave us all sort of error messages on 4 day of delivery took it back to dealership. They asked to leave vehicle for diagnostic. 2 days later we got info that it need a part which has to come from Germany.. I was surprised and stressed. but Mark Carvalho and Manjula Biju went all the way to make us comfortable and find a new vehicle of our choice. More
