BMW of Bridgewater- Absolutely the best!! It's not always that you find a dealership that treats you like family. Unlike many of the BMW dealerships I 'shopped' at , the team at Bridgewater h It's not always that you find a dealership that treats you like family. Unlike many of the BMW dealerships I 'shopped' at , the team at Bridgewater has been courteous, understanding , non-pushy and above all willing to listen what the customer actually wants - not what the dealership wants to sell. I recently did a custom order with them on a vehicle and I could not have asked for a better salesman than Mike Watson! A true gentleman , who knows his vehicles and was really focused on doing whatever it takes to enhance the customer experience. What set Mike ( and Bridgewater) apart from the rest was the fact that he engaged us in not only the vehicle buying process ; he even provided us an overview of the dealership ( even about the owner!!) as well as the post-sales process. Mike was more than happy to lend his expertise on the options we chose. After speaking with almost 4 other dealerships, I can say with confidence that the folks at Bridgewater BMW do no short change you on the pricing either. A lot of the other dealerships (who think their cars sell for themselves) can take a leaf out of Mike's pragmatic approach to selling vehicles. Dave Wagoner and BMW Genius Danielle were truly helpful. While Dave was a no-nonsense finance person who didn't pressure us into buying additional options that we didnt require, Danielle was superb in explaining all we needed to know about the features of our new vehicle. We hope to be repeat customers with this fine dealership. More

Best lease deals I Spoke to a sales guy called Martin and said that I will try to inform him in the evening before I arrive. Frank did an awesome job in providing the quote satisfying my needs almost my requirement. They also did a follow up through an internet manager to see if I am interested. so I finally decided to go with Frank and he completed the deal with all the questions answered. I would definitely recommend Frank Fratzola from BMW Bridgewater for any new BMW car. More

More importantly, The agent, Manjula, respectfully spoke to me and genuinely cared that I was able to purchase exactly what I wanted without all the chatter that can accompany a car purchase.
