I was thrilled when BMW moved to Bridgewater and starting taking my car here for service!! We decided it was time to look at getting a new car.....We were between BMW and infinite suv! My previous x3 I always took to Bridgewater for service since it was my car so my husband never experienced the amazing service at the dealership! We test drove the BMW Monday evening at Bridgewater BMW my husband was so impressed with the welcoming staff from the moment you step into the dealership he decided to purchase from BMW! Kuddos to the gm Mike Yates, truly you've done an amazing job with all your staff! Carmine our sales person is the best! Lee from valet makes you feel like your family and Liliana the lovely young lady is so welcoming as well! An amaxing group! We've had 3 volvos all from the same dealership and never experienced this type of excellent customer service! James Cavellaro handles Finance and I found him to be very fast and to the point. It surely did not take hours to do the paperwork. It was all ready for me. I had a budget in mind and Frank was respectful of that and didn't try to go above it, which I really appreciated it. I had been to two other BMW dealerships and walked out with nothing, Frank was able to close the deal in an hour! Great follow up after my purchase to arrange pick up of the vehicle. When I went to pick up the vehicle, Frank had arranged for John Palombo to go over all of the features inside and outside of the car. John did a great job explaining how all of the "bells and whistles," worked! The dealership closed at 8 p.m. but he stayed after it closed to make sure I was comfortable with everything. Finally, one "cosmetic" service issue had to be addressed so Frank made sure the service department called me the next day to schedule an appointment. The experience far exceeded my expectations. His knowledge and care made it feel as if we had known him for years although we practically only met him for a short time and that kind of demeanor and prescence is hard to find in people.
