GREAT EXPERIENCE! This is my second car from Bridgewater BMW. I initially met with Anthony Catena who was my sales consultant 2.5 years ago. He has since been promoted This is my second car from Bridgewater BMW. I initially met with Anthony Catena who was my sales consultant 2.5 years ago. He has since been promoted to sales mgr. and deservedly so! He set up the test drive for me on the BMW 340i with BMW Genius John Palombo. John was extremely knowledgeable, patient and understanding. He answered all my questions I had on the test drive and really convinced me without any pressure that this was the car for me! Upon returning to the dealership from the test drive Anthony had already got my 320i appraised and gave me the price on the trade in of what I was expecting. This time around Anthony crunched the numbers that convinced me I could actually afford this car on a 36 month lease. He then brought me over to client advisor Bill Chludzinski who couldn't be any more nicer and easy going. He put me right at ease and explained all the particulars to me about the lease. He had the car ready for me a few days later on the day I had requested. I met with Ozzy Mamoor the finance mgr. on the day I picked up the car to finalize the deal and sign the papers. He was very professional and explained all the paper work to me before signing on the lease deal as well as on my trade in. I appreciated his no pressure approach as to not trying to convince me to purchase any additional warranties but giving me very good information so I can make an informed decision. Bill then went over the car manuals and actually followed up a few days later to make sure I was happy with the car and that I had no concerns. Before driving the car home John met with me again and sat me behind the wheel explaining all the features on the car and again answering all my questions. He really gave me the confidence on my 32 mile drive home that it would be worry free even in spite of the rain. I also appreciated the fact that he set up the bluetooth for my phone and my home address on the navigation. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership. It is worth the trip from anywhere! Bill was able to answer any and all questions/concerns. We then met Mike Shamy - Mgr. and he was a gem. Mike understood our needs and met or exceeded each. Mike again made you feel good as a customer and "sealed" the deal. I would recommend the BMW Bridgewater to everyone. I always had bad experiences going to car dealers but not here. Martin Hernandez was extremely responsive to all my e mails/calls and we were able to get the deal done very quickly/painlessly. They also handled my lease end inspection and had the lease end documents ready sign upon picking up my new car which was very convenient. This was my 2nd leased car I turned into BMW Bridgewater and never once did they try to add on end of lease charges, just a fair assessment of the condition in line with BMW guidelines. Dionne was well prepared/ready with all the paperwork and made the final step quick and easy. Will certainly keep coming back and recommending BMW Bridgewater. More

Arduous car buying experience turns EXTRAORDINARY I can't find words . . . complimentary enough . . to describe the 4 men at BMW of Bridgewater NJ that assisted me in a sale today. Let’s be honest, no I can't find words . . . complimentary enough . . to describe the 4 men at BMW of Bridgewater NJ that assisted me in a sale today. Let’s be honest, no one like dealing with car sales reps, including Dr. Dave Cranky, who I do the car shopping for his family. I was given all the specifics about the deal, goggle all the dealerships in a 100 mile radius called all 5 that had the desired car, handed them the deal - all they had to do was call me back with numbers. Our local Eatontown BMW where helpful but the car sold, Freehold and Tenafly - I'm still waiting for a call back from the sales manager (after leaving 2 voicemail and its now 5 days later - sorry guys), the arrogance of the salesman in Springfield store eliminated them - ( I wouldn't buy a car for them if they gave it to me below cost) this leaves me with Bridgewater BMW. After calling and leaving a message for the sales manager, Mike Shamy, I received a call back in a half hour - I gave him all the specifics and he was confident and reassuring that his dealership could put this deal together. After looking at his inventory and running some number he called me back, I was PLEASANTLY SURPRISED by the deal he was able to offer me. I consulted with Dr. Cranky, called Mr. Shamy back and we agreed on the deal. The next FANTASTIC gentleman I met was Mr. Mike Watson. He called and introduced himself to me, informed me that he would be handling the detail of the sale, he was very knowledgeable and patient and was able to give me a $1000.00 loyalty credit. Nicely done Mr. Watson! When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted by a young man John Polombo who was very pleasant and cordial. Mr. Polombo was very well informed on the workings of the electric car and was AMAZING in teaching Dr. Cranky on how to use it. The last person we met was Mr. Ozzy Mamoor in finance, who was very PATIENT, understanding and answered my long list of questions without getting annoyed. Not only was the initial quote not in the same ball[park as other dealerships that I had (only) interacted with online or by phone, but I found the whole approach demeaning and insulting. While Martin, and previously Justin, were respectful and helpful, the manager Mike turned me off with his attitude. THey seem to cater here to a very well-heeled demographic. We moved on to another NJ dealership that dealt with us in a much more straight-up fashion. More

I buy a lot of cars not because I am a dealer but because I love cars. As a result I deal with a lot of dealers. Hands down this is the worst dealership that I have ever dealt with. This was the first time that I traded in cars and it took one week form the time that I wrote the deposit check to pick up my car. I basically had to sell my vehicles for BMW of Bridgewater. The worst part was the attitude of the sales manager. You would think that a $72,000 car would command a little respect. My wife and I were treated like trash, absolute trash. Every time I called to schedule the delivery I got a different story. They have never followed up on why we have never been back. I will never set foot in this dealership again. I am sure that if they respond to this it will be a classic. More
