I went to BMW of Bridgewater to look at their selection of X5s. Unlike other BMW dealerships I’ve been to, I was immediately greeted by James when I walked into the entrance. James walked me over to discus of X5s. Unlike other BMW dealerships I’ve been to, I was immediately greeted by James when I walked into the entrance. James walked me over to discuss my needs, then took me to the lot to look over the vehicles. He didn’t try to sell me anything other than what I asked for. Also when we were discussing financing I experienced zero pressure. I was able to pick out the vehicle I wanted and while waiting to sign the paperwork, Devin (BMW Genius) did an amazing job showing me the tech features. To be honest, coming from a 22 m340i, this X5 is loaded with things I wouldn’t have even known to use if Devin hadn’t reviewed them with me. This was a great experience and I couldn’t have asked for anything more. More

I had some concerns with the financing and Ma and BMW of Bridgewater. Manjula was the sales rep for the purchase of my 2024 I7 and she was fantastic. I had some concerns with the financing and Manjula was able to create a deal that was satisfactory to BMW and myself. I also had some problems with the home installed electric charging box. I feel Manjula went above and beyond to make sure that issue was rectified in a timely manner. Manjula is dedicated and trustworthy sales person that I would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a BMW vehicle. She is always courteous and kept me informed on the car status so I never had to inquire. 5 stars for Manjula Biju. More

Fantastic treatment by Victor Palumbo -- start to finish -- for my long-distance purchase of a pre-owned 5 series.
