I decided to lease a 335i X as soon as my lease was up on another luxury br From the first time I walked into this dealership i was extremely pleased! I decided to lease a 335i X as soon as my lease was up on another luxury brand car. I walked in as an unknown and was greeted and introduced to Anthony Catena who couldn't have been nicer as I was not ready to purchase that same day. He was knowledgeable, kind and courteous. He took all my information and said he would be in touch when my lease was up. Unlike the vulture dealerships he stuck true to his word and found the exact car I wanted in a quick and timely fashion. I literally turned my car in the day my lease was up and picked up my BMW the same day! Since Anthony had become manager in the time i had come in to look and the time i leased , he let one of his sales team handle the delivery for my car. Bill couldn't have been nicer or more attentive to me. He has a great sense of humor and is an excellent salesman. I have to say that going in to the finance manager has always been such a time consuming part of the car buying experience but I think Ozzy had me in and out of his office in 15 minutes. There was no lack of explanation or professionalism in the short period of time though. Everything was prepared in advance and just a pleasure to have such a qualified person handling the finances! I almost didn't mind taking out my credit card!!! I was then walked outside to my beautiful new car and Martin showed me everything and more about the workings of my 335. He is just the nicest most patient and lovely young man! I opened the door to my new car and was surprised by some extra goodies which Anthony and I had spoken about and you never think that someone will remember the little things and he not only remembered but had already placed them in the car prior to my arrival! I had been with my other dealership for many years and didn't think i would ever find one as great as that one but i certainly have!! Its all because of the wonderful team they have working at Bridgewater BMW! I thank you all for really "knowing how to treat a lady"!!!!! More

We finalized the deal with me ordering the car rather than taking one off the lot. Bill followed the order and 10 days later it delivered ! Dionne in finance was great. No pressure to "add" as you find at other dealers, She was a real professional! During the delivery Martin went over the car showing me (and I am still learning) all of the features. He meticulously went over all of the different options available with the car and provided his personal cell phone number if he had questions while we were debating our options. We were also introduced to the Sales Manager, Peter Provost. Between the two it was a seamless process. After the purchase, Martin Hernandez spent a good amount of time introducing us to the numerous features available in the car. This was very helpful. From beginning to end we had an excellent experience and plan to go back in the future. More
