They were also flexible on my trade-in and found me every discount I could think of (and more) to get me the lowest possible price. On the pick-up day, they will work quickly to get you through the final paperwork and the BMW genius Martin will show you how to work the car. Overall, a 5-star experience from BMW Bridgewater from everyone involved. This was my first BMW and I can proudly say that I am a BMW family for life based on my experience here and would highly recommend BMW of Bridgewater if you are looking for a great experience buying your ultimate driving machine. I I started this process months ago with ground up research on a 228i along with the concept of leasing. This is my first BMW and I had much to learn. I was extremely fortunate to come across the fantastic deal BMW of Bridgewater had on the 228i I had been building for months. When I discovered it I immediately contacted them via email, and within a couple of hours had heard back from Amelia Lapera. She confirmed all of the details for me. The next day Rob Hoffman called me, and he was more than patient to listen to my story, especially when he found out I live in Oklahoma City, but was more than willing to fly up to take delivery. By the end of the next day we had a deal. I've sat in car dealerships and not had easier times than this transaction that was taking place 1800 miles away! When I flew up the next week Rob picked me and my friends up from the airport and took us to our hotel. The next morning he was there again to pick us up to take us to the dealership to finish the process. Complete customer service! There I met Amelia and Mike Yates in person. A total pleasure! Rob took several minutes to go over every feature of the car with me as we prepared for our long drive home. Finishing the deal took only a few minutes, and we were on our way. I would also like to mention Dionne Baksh who went over the lease terms and all of the paperwork with me. She was extremely efficient, and made it all easy to understand. I would most definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used BMW, and don't let distance deter you. When it comes time for me to turn this car in, I will start my search for my next one at BMW of Bridgewater! More

At BMW of Bridgewater its a different feeling, you will love dealing with people there. Few months ago my brother had bought a X5 from the guys at BMW Bridgewater and he loved the way he was treated so he recommended that I go in cause I needed to trade my car for a new one. I walked in this dealership and I actually saw employees were happy and they enjoyed working there and it shows!!!. I was treated with respect and dignity. Their integrity showed in the way the handled the sales process. Scott Vickers is helpful and knowledgeable, great attitude. Ozzy Mamoor who handled the financial side of the sale, great personality and fun guy to deal with. He explained everything in a nice and simple manner. Martin Hernandez went over various features of the car and explained it well. He answered all my questions. The whole process was stress free. They have got me as customer for life!!!! Chad Renninger was the service consultant, and I have had the pleasure of working with him several times. Chad is always friendly, professional and quick to follow up and give updates. He always makes it a pleasant, easy experience. A loaner car was provided for me, as the car needed about 2 days of work, as they also found some oil leaks that needed repairing. Chad kept me in the loop, and everything was done on time, as promised. He also was able to save me a little $ off the cost of the tire and a replacement rim BMW center cap, which I appreciated! Even though I purchased my car at Bridgewater BMW, he did'nt have to do that, but the gesture made me feel appreciated! I highly appreciate Chad's professional manner and I hope his Manager reads this and appreciates what a fine BMW rep he has in Mr.Renninger. -Howard Olinsky More
