A few hiccups with some of the staff (ignoring my calls and emails for quite some time, and although the matter was eventually resolved, it took me more efforts than expected) are making me notch my initial assessment by a few stars in each category, but Amelia deserves full 5 stars across the board regardless. ORIGINAL (REDACTED): I spoke with Amelia on the phone first and she was very professional, responsive and simply very pleasant to interact with throughout the whole process. She offered me a very attractive deal so I drove all the way from Manhattan to Bridgewater and ended up signing a contract that very night. More

I know others have raved about the purchase experience and I was one of those people too, but it should never be just about getting you to sign on the dotted line, but also about being responsive and helpful after the sale. I don't know about others, but I definitely didn't get that here. Details: I needed to do a refinance of the loan to add my wife on the loan and after an initial two line response to a question I sent in, I basically got ignored by Ozzy Mamour for 5 weeks. Multiple emails and voicemails and calls went unanswered. I finally did the refinance myself through my bank, and sent an email to the GM, Mike Yates, explaning my disappointment at the whole thing. I expected some kind of response, but that has gone ignored too. I remember my inbox was basically flooded when I was considering the purchase and dealing with them. The irony is that we were doing the refinance so that we could get another car in the new year. That won't be from Bridgewater BMW. ORIGINAL REVIEW IS BELOW. Buying my first car in my mid thirties (that's what happens when you move to NJ I suppose), I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Everyone was extremely helpful, honest and patient. I exchanged numerous emails with Amelia LaPera initially and then Mike Watson, who listened to what I wanted and made it happen. The business manager was also great in getting us financing at a fair rate and I am incredibly happy with both the service and my purchase. More

First, I want to say how thankful I am that he was driving that BMW in the first place - it surely saved his life. He was not hurt and that is just amazing. Now, I am happy to report that this purchase experience of my 2013 328i was just about as painless as the first time. Anthony and Chris made things happen for me this time around and I could not be happier. These guys are great. And I'd also like to say that Anthony continued to follow up with me after my purchase of the first car, making sure everything was good. It's been one week since the accident and I'm all settled in with my new car. Thanks Anthony and Chris!! More

A great experience leasing an X1 because of Frank Fratzola. I really never liked buying cars because the salesmen are normally extremely pushy and in my face. Not Frank. I went in wanting to drive an X1 and Frank after greeting me immediately got the keys and off we went. I loved it and decided to lease one. Frank found the color I wanted in their other lot. We went to see it and that was that. Frank was very patient explaining everything about the car before I drove off, and I could see him watching me leave the dealership making sure I drove out safely. I would recommend Frank to my friends and family. More
