My overall experience with BMW of Bridgewater could not have been any better. I have hsd the car serviced there for 4 years. The car had several issues (HPFP, Injectors, battery, carbon build up, brakes) and all of the work was done under warranty. For non warranty work, they have had several issues (HPFP, Injectors, battery, carbon build up, brakes) and all of the work was done under warranty. For non warranty work, they have the lowest prices in the area. All staff is friendly and "bend over backwards" for their customers. Would not go to any other dealer. More

They said that they checked everything, and handed me a printout about everything what needs to get fixed. They The worst BMW service location ever. They said that they checked everything, and handed me a printout about everything what needs to get fixed. They DID NOT MENTION ANYTHING about an engine oil! Four days after my visit there my engine started to make some loud noise, and I checked the oil level to make sure that there is enough engine oil. I wasn't surprised at all when I saw that there is NOTHING, totally nothing! And for some reason there was no Engine oil light on the dashboard...and THEY SAID THAT EVERYTHING ELSE IS PERFECT!??? wth?? Are they trying to do a tire rotation while breaking other things so a woman will leave the service center and will be back soon to get her car serviced for ridiculous amount of money!???? DO NOT GO THERE OR KEEP STARING AT THEM WATCHING THEIR EVERY MOVE, OTHERWISE THEY WILL SEE YOU BACK THERE SOONER THAN YOU CAN ONLY IMAGINE. More
