BMW services are top notch from when I arrive through completion. Without any wait time there is an attendant that takes my car to be logged in and driven to be serviced. When I have a question it is addressed in a timely manner and professionally. I requested the help of a BMW genius technician and I met John Marfoglio. His mindfulness is exceptional. He is highly versed in the technology of BMW instrumentation and I am grateful. He's very detailed but down to earth in communicating and walking me through the navigation system. More
