John Marfoglio stepped in when my sales rep (Manjula) was unavailable and accompanied me on a test drive. We test drove the X5 and he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Ask for Manjula when you visit Bridgewater BMW. Her customer service exceeded my expectations. She was the only service representative who spoke to me to see which vehicle I was interested in.
