I decided to stop and view their inventory and came across a m340 in black. I talked with savitri persaud (sales rep) and she answered my questions and took the car for a test drive. We talked came down on a price and I agreed and bought the car. She helped me out with 1 issue I had and got it fixed. I normally hate the buying experience but this was was very smooth transaction. I highly recommend buying from this dealership and will recommend anyone to speak with savitri. I service my car at this dealership and they are very thorough. I never had an issue here and if anything arise they always tell me to come in and they fix it right away. More

All of my requests were treated with importance and seen through delivery. This included a port installed staggered wheel setup as well as ensuring the performance exhaust was installed by their service technician. They even honored providing a video of the final product after the install. - Jon, the sales manager, was great to work with as well - given our unique situation with the current market he was still able to ensure the wheels we appended to the order, stayed on the order, and saw the entire delivery process end to end. Lines of communication were always kept open and were always treated with professionalism. - Howard in finance is very down to earth and easy to work with and he was able to align everything just right to make the deal work. We just purchased a BMW X3 and from start to finish the experience was awesome. We had a few issues but with the help of Bill one of the sales managers the issues are being taken care of. Rob Long was originally our sales associate but he got married so he left us in the capable hands of Victor Palumbo no relation. Victor was super kind and patient with me. I can be extremely demanding and he was nothing but kind. He took the time at delivery to go over the vehicle. This is our 4th BMW that we have purchased from BMW of Bridgewater so that right there tells you how satisfied we are with them. Bob the finance manager was very kind and wasn’t pushy. I really appreciate him going through the different warranties without any pressure of buying one. So from start to finish it was probably the best experience I have ever had buying a car. More
