I recently purchased a certified preowned BMW from this dealership. My husband and I stopped by on a busy Saturday intending to get some general information. Our sales person, Allen Heyman, was the ultimate professional and took time to explain The nuances among the various models that and caught our attention.. We test drove at least three cars. We were there for a number of hours and ultimately purchased a 330 I. There were a few follow-up issues that needed to be addressed after we took delivery of the car. Alan was responsive and attentive to our needs. This is not a place where your salesman sever the relationship after the deal is closed. Alan has stayed with us through the resolution of these issues.I also scheduled an encore delivery with Brian of the service department After having driven the vehicle for a few weeks given how complicated the technology is in these cars. Brian was very helpful in explaining a lot of the applications and systems in the car. Beyond that, every person with whom I came in contact during the two or three visits that I have made to the dealership since I purchased my car has been professional and courteous. The service department is a well oiled machine with a valet service upon arrival. All in all, I am very happy that we decided to purchase a vehicle from BMW of Bridgewater.
