I'm sure most salespeople are supposed to start high and negotiate down but Manjula presented a great deal from the beginning soI did not feel like I was being "sold" a car instead I felt like she had my best interest at heart. As a woman, it could be intimidating to feel like you may be taken advantage of but working with another woman who is also a mom is a game changer. Zarina was the first person to approach me when walking in and went above and beyond to answer my questions even though she wasn't a salesperson. She also took me on a test drive two times to make sure I absolutely loved the car. It is so refreshing to have worked with such a down to earth, smart, and knowledgeable person. I really didn't know what kind of car I wanted. My daughter turned 16 and instead of getting her a new car I decided to treat myself and give my old car to her.
