Went in for an oil change and 30k service check-up. Overall it would have been a great experience except that it took 6 hours. (Luckily it was all free under the warranty.) Considering the only thing changed was the oil and some parts were inspected, i am being generous in saying it should have been no more than a 3 hour job. Only other problem was they did not reset my service timer. Just an observation I saw, they do not provide loaners as easily as other local dealers in NJ. I wasn't even offered one over the phone when i scheduled my appointment which NJ dealers did. I assume this would be justified by our public transportation system. More
