I was in Florida and saw this car online. Kaz was extremely helpful in sending me pictures and detailed information about the car. He made the whole process extremely simple. When I got to the dealership he was very courteous and patiently explained each aspect of the car. Kaz loves to joke around but was very helpful when it came down to business. It has been a week since I've had the vehicle and its been great. Kaz activated the SOS service just as he had promised and also called to make sure everything with the car was ok. I loved my experience here and would definitely recommend this dealership. More

That said, I certainly agreed with the poor ratings on the service department. Head to the suburbs (i.e. NJ, Westchester, or even CT) if you want the quality of service and attention you feel you deserve. I bought CPO coupe car from this dealer and this person really behaved very well in first meeting as he also wants to sell the car. Then I was advised to speak with financial adviser and whenever I called him to ask any simple question, he never pick up calls, so I thought he might be busy with other customer which is fair. But sometimes he never returns calls on same day. Are we really that free to call and he is very busy with work???? We all have busy work schedule but it seems like Anthony : Sales Manager has most busy schedule in this world. Wow!!!! He told me that he will give some complimentary thing after buying this car and I was really looking for the same car what they had. So, any how I am going to buy it whether it will in NY or NJ or another state. Finally, I bought the car and he said, he forgot to give me what it comes with the car and he will send it on our mailing address and which I never received it and it's almost 1 month now but I got all the papers from the dealer. Regarding, BMW car assist he told me that we will take 72 hrs to active and its been 3 weeks and didnt activated so I called customer service and ACTIVATED MYSELF and customer rep told me that it takes only 5 min to active by dealer I dont understand that why are you calling us. After that I called him to just make sure that what is wrong with this dealer and he was giving excused that his partner forgot n blah blah. I talked with him very softly and nicely , professionally , our conversation lasts for 5-7 mins I just spoke for 1 min total and it was yelling at me and telling me I was yelling and I just asked him 2 question : 1. What happened for my BMW assist as its been 3 weeks and you said it will take 72 hrs 2. Where that aux cable which you suppose to send me before 3 weeks back? and he said I was abusing him. Can you even believe it??? Was it abusing??? I would say by meaning of abusing.. he was abusing me. My overall experience was like " either you buy the car with NO COMPLIMENTARY or cooperation with sales people or get out of here " More
Service dept misrepresented themselves. Did not explain properly the terms under my contract and was just interested in getting the work done and getting paid. Im a mechanic in brooklyn ny for over 20 years. They get parts for me very quick and a good enough discount. Just a few weeks ago i had ordered $3000 of wrong parts and i have been credited back no question parts for me very quick and a good enough discount. I bought my BMW 2007 530i in January and was very satisfied with the friendly service. I recommended my sister to get a car from Life Quality and she just got her 2008 535i today! I am a BMW customer for life. From the purchase of my vehicle to the service I have been completely satisfied. The gentleman that I purchased my 3 Series from was friendly, pleasant and made the experie vehicle to the service I have been completely satisfied. I don't know where these reviews are coming from, whether they're from employees of Life Quality BMW or friends/families of the employees. If you ever go on e90post.com (well known online community for BMW's they're from employees of Life Quality BMW or friends/families of the employees. If you ever go on e90post.com (well known online community for BMW's), they will all tell you they have had such bad experiences with Life Quality. Some say they'd never go there for service even if a gun was pointed at their heads and they would travel an additional 40 miles to get serviced elsewhere. I am not just bashing on them, but this is MY experience. I brought my car in for service, usually this process at any other dealership would take 2-3 days at most. Nick tells me he has to run a diagnosis on my car so we can both know if my car is eligible for the warranty. He tells me he'll give me an update by tomorrow. So tomorrow comes, he doesn't call. I e-mail him later in the day and he tells me he hasn't started on my car yet. Ok, fine! Maybe you're busy. I ask him if I can get a loaner car, because I need a car for work. He does not respond. On the 3rd day, it was Friday and I understand that they don't open on the weekends, so I e-mailed Nick and ask him if I can get an update before we get on to the weekend. No response once again. Then a week later, he still hasn't called or responded. My car is still sitting there at Life Quality BMW. I WOULD NOT recommend you bring your car in for service there. I'm not sure if it's only Nick the xxxxx, but definitely stay away from him. If you don't believe me, go to e90post.com/forums and do a search for Life Quality. thanks. More
My car broke down & was towed to Life Quality. Somehow the paperwork & Keys were lost and they weren't able to locate my car ! My SA Dan Wallace went the extra mile and tracked down my car and missing keys after everyone else who looked for it couldn't find it. He the expedited the repairs and had me back on the road before the end of the next day. This is not my first experience there, I have been there numerous times in past to service my car or getting repairs and each time he surpasses the last with his dedication to customer's needs. He not only treats you like a valued customer each time but also as an VIP. Nothing but a positive experience each time. More
