I walked into the dealership prepared to be pressured to buy a car and that never happened. Lonnie was just the opposite. And on top of that, he worked to make sure I got my CPO 528i Xdrive at the price I wanted without haggling back and forth! I had no idea I would be walking out the dealership with a car! Lonnie Overby I wanted to purchase a used BMW as a secondary car. The whole team is helpful I had an idea of what I wanted... it was either an X1 or X3. I visited the showroom and met Benn. The next time I visited, Benn was busy.. instead of waiting, he had one of his colleagues help me and take me on a test drive. I thought that was really cool, considering they work on commission, they still act as a team! The paperwork was easy, Benn & Sam were very organized. They helped me with getting the right insurance as well. The last part of the process was the best... taking delivery and spending time with the "Genius". A younger gentleman named Jake walked me though the ins and outs of my new X1. He paired my phone, showed me all the features, AND gave me his cell and told me to call or text if I ever had questions. A great experience overall, centered around customer service and never "sales-y". More
