Warm and welcoming sales associate with a lot of knowledge. I purchased a car and my sales associate was Arnita Wilson. She immediately greeted me with a smile and asked about what I was looking for. After a couple of minutes of understanding my needs, Arnita told me of the options that were available. When looking at the options, Arnita always put more importance into finding something that I really liked rather than trying to sell me something that was more than I could afford or even just try to sell me something. She actually also called around a couple of other dealerships to see their inventory. After I narrowed down my choices, we went on a no pressure test drive where with her wealth of knowledge, Arnita told me everything I had a questions about and more! When we returned to the dealership, I greatly appreciated Arnita's no pressure approach to buying a car as she strives to make you feel comfortable first. I even saved $2,500 dollars on my car comparable to other dealerships thanks to Arnita!! I had a great experience and I would definitely recommend Arnita to anyone looking to buy a new car. She is very professional, courteous, patient, and kind. More

Did not act in good faith Several days ago I emailed the dealership regarding a used 2014 328i. After confirming that the car was still available, I stated what I was willing t Several days ago I emailed the dealership regarding a used 2014 328i. After confirming that the car was still available, I stated what I was willing to pay and that funding was already in place. The day before my wife and I were to visit I received an assurance from the salesman that the sales manager had reviewed my offer and was "willing to work with it". After a 45min drive the next day my wife and I test drove the car and prepared to discuss the numbers. It was at this point that the sales manager informed us that he would not sell the car at the price we were told he would "work with". The sale price he presented was the original price I saw online! He then attempted to pressure us into using BMW financing to cover the higher price. Now don't get me wrong. The asking price wasn't bad, but who pays asking price? To not even offer us ANY sort of reduction is plain insulting! If they couldn't do the deal at the price we offered they should have been honest and told us BEFORE we made that long drive! They baited us into driving all the way to their dealership only to switch the deal when we got there. All seemed to be well until we arrived in person. We will NEVER buy from them and will recommend the same to our circle! More
