I came to this dealership looking to test drive a couple of their pre- owned vehicle. by the end of my visit, I ended up owning my first BMW, a great 335ix Coupe. One great thing about this dealership is their attentiveness, politeness, and how welcoming their staff are. As soon as I stepped a foot in their dealership, I Was welcomed by Mr. J. Rivera. He immediately addressed me and my needs and made me feel welcome. Mr. Rivera was very knowledgeable of the vehicle at hand, and answered every question I had and then some. The vehicle I purchased had a couple very minor barely visible scratches on it which Mr. Rivera and GM, Mr. Maloney, addressed right on the spot and even scheduled me a drop off date to get it fixed at no extra cost. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend this dealership to anyone thinking about owning a BMW. More

I visited this dealership with a high anxiety level because I needed to buy a car quickly due to the fact that my Infinity FX was totaled in bad weather conditions and I had to turn my rental in the ne because I needed to buy a car quickly due to the fact that my Infinity FX was totaled in bad weather conditions and I had to turn my rental in the next day. I met the perfect salesman who could sense right off that I was overwhelmed, confused and indecisive and stressed!! Joe Rivera was so patient with me and assessed my every need before he even showed me a vehicle. We test drove several SAV's. . He asked all of the right questions. He observed my reactions and level of comfort as I drove. He knew and I knew once we found the perfect vehicle for myself. He didn't push anything on me and he allowed me to let him know which car I felt most satisfied with!! Joe made the financing process seamless. Even when I told him my credit union may not finance me due to prior credit issues, he was always optimistic and encouraged me to stay positive too. Before I knew it, Dane who was the finance guy at the time informed me that my credit union did approve the loan. Joe was so accommodating that night. He didn't let me leave until, I knew every bell and whistle and function of my new X5!! My girlfriend who was with me was so impressed with the hospitality that both Joe and Dane showed, she went back the next day and bought her own X5 from Joe!! Joe checks in with me constantly to say Hello and to make sure car is running fine. He also sends me reminders for appointments. It was a very pleasurable experience buying my car at Russell BMW. But, I know that having Joe as my salesman made all of the difference. I have purchased many cars over the years and by far this was the best!! It was Joe's level of interest in my needs, his patience, his passion for satisfying his customers, his amiability and his knowledge of BMW's that helped to create the perfect sale. My girlfriend and I talk about Joe all the time and regard him as a new friend because he was so nice to us!! More
